Abstract
Alpha-synuclein oligomers are the main composition of the Lewy body in patients with Parkinson's disease , they may be associated with oxidative stress damage and oxidative modification. The oxidative modifications include nitrative modification and dopamine oxidative adduction. Serving as a biomarker, a-synuclein may become a new target for clinical treatment.关键词
