Electromagnetic Scattering of Diffractive Grating in Homogeneous Medium
摘要
Abstract
The authors discussed the mathematical description of electromagnetic scattering problems of the diffraction grating in the homogeneous medium. With the help of the cylindrical coordinates and artificial boundary conditions introduced, the authors showed that the mathematical description of diffraction grating scattering problem was feasible, and gave the variational problem equivalent to the scattering problem.关键词
