A New Arc Fault Detection Method Based on Wavelet Singularity Analysis and the Achievement on LabWindows/CVI

Abstract
Based on the analysis of arc fault characteristics, the phenomenon of zero-off-cycle of arc fault is proposed. This characteristic information is showed as periodic singular points if it is analyzed by wavelet, so a new algorithm, periodic singular points detection for arc fault is proposed. LabWindows/CVI is used as the platform, based on wavelet singularity detection principle, the arc fault on-line detection system is designed and developed. The system used multi-threading technology, realized the arc fault' s real-time on-line detection.关键词
