摘要
Abstract
The important factors which affected the accuracy of time synchronization significantly from both software and hardware perspectives are analyzed. A IRIG-B encoder is designed which typical advantages are simple-structure, low-cost and high-accuracy synchronization. The engineering practice shows that the design completely satisfies the demands of the electric power system.关键词
