超快速液相色谱同时测定护肝胶囊中2种有效成分的含量
Simultaneous Determination of the Content of the Two Active Ingredients in Hugan Capsule（护肝胶囊）by UFLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a UFLC method for the determination of schisandrin A schisandrin B in Hugan Capsule. Methods The Agilent SB C18 column(100 mm ×4.6 mm, 1.8 μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water Gradient elution with a flow rate 0.4 mL/min.The wavelength of detection was at 250 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.016 ～ 0.323 μg( r = 0.999 0)、0.02 ～ 0.40 μg(r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 97.6% 、98.9 and RSD =1.3% RSD= 1.1%( n - 5) .Conclusions The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Hugan Capsule.关键词
