神阙穴敷贴对痔上黏膜环切术中牵拉反应影响的临床观察
Herbal Application at Shenque (CV8) Used for Dragging Reaction in Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the point application at Shenque on relief of intraoperative dragging reaction in PPH. Methods 60 patients who met our inclusion criteria were semi - randomly divided into3 groups: pure point application group,moxibustion group,drug point application group,3 groups were given the corresponding treatment to compare with one another in the pain, dragging reaction and alteration of HR、MAP、SPO2. Results The moxibustion group、drug point application group were significantly better than pure pointapplication group in the aspect of pain, dragging reaction and alteration of HR、 MAP; while there is no significant difference between traditional moxibustion group and drug patching group. The other three groups had no significant difference in the alteration of SPO2. Conclusion drug point application therapy was effective in relieving the traction reaction of PPH, and what's more it is easy to operate.关键词
