摘要

Abstract

A variable step size sparseness-controlled proportionate affine projection algorithm is proposed to solve the trade-off between fast convergence speed and low misalignment. The proposed algorithm obtains a new target function by forcing the posterior error to cancel negative effect of disturbance signal. Using this target function, a step size control approach for proportionate affine projection algorithm is provided. The theoretical analysis and computer simulation results verify that the proposed algorithm can retain fast convergence rate and low final misalignment in dispersive channel and sparse channel circumstances.
