摘要
Abstract
Considering difficult differentiating between bad vacuum and light leak of condenser, combined test technology of cation conductivity and degassed cation conductivity was put forward to resolve. Combined test of cation conductivity and degassed cation conductivity for condensate can inspect the content of chloride and carbon dioxide, which can distinguish the failure of condenser system. The principle consists of higher carbon dioxide content related to bad vacuum and higher fixed impurity content related to leak of the condenser.关键词
