Single center case-control study on the laparoscopic radical resection and open operation on colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application value and safety of laparoscopic radical surgery on colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy-eight patients with colorectal cancer from 2008 May to 2012 May in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n = 39) received the treatment of laparoscopic radical resection, and the control group (n =39) received traditional open operation. The clinical and operation data of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the indices of operation time, bleeding volume in operation, the mean postoperative hospital stay, ambulation, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, postoperative complication rate in the treatment group were significantly lower. The levels of plasma motilin 48 h and 72 h after operation in the treatment group were obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery on colorectal cancer has the advantages of less bleeding, quick recovery, safe operation, less trauma, quick recovery of gastrointestinal function and.it is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
