经皮肾镜EMS-4代碎石清石系统与钬激光治疗肾结石的疗效比较
Efficacy comparison between fourth generation EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy system and holmium laser PCNL on renal calculus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of the fourth generation EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy system and holmium laser PCNL on renal calculus. Methods Sixty renal calculus patients with PCNL from January 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into EMS group and holmium laser group. The operation time, stone retention rate, complications and length of stay were compared. Results The operation time and stone retention rate in EMS group were leas than those in holmium laser group and there was statistical significance. While there was no statistical significance in complications and length of stay between the two groups. Conclusion The fourth generation EMS ureterorenoscopy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy system is an efficient and safe method, and it has more advantages than holmium laser in the treatment of renal calculus.关键词
