紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效研究
Clinical observation of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophaeal cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the effects and adverse reactions of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Thirty -eight patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group received paclitaxel liposome at 135 mg/m2(IV drop dl) combined with cisplatin at 25 mg/m2(Iv drop dl-d3). The control group received paclitaxel at 80 mg/m2(IV drop dl-d5) combined with cisplatin at 25 mg/m (IV drop dl-d3). The patients were repeatedly treated every 21 days. Results The total effectiveness rates of the experiment group and the control group were 49. 65% and 26. 31% , respectively (P<0.05) . There was no significant difference between two groups in mTTP and mOS (P>0. 05).The incidence rate of hematologic toxicity, gastrointestinal reactions, peripheral nerve toxicity and alopecia were similar in both groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin has better efficacy and less adverse reactions in treating advanced esophageal cancer.关键词
