乌司他丁、低分子肝素联合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察
Clinical observation of ulinastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective The compare the efficacies between ulinastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) and individual application of ulinastatin and LMWH in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into four groups. The control group received conventional treatment only, the ulinastatin group received ulinastatin on the basis of conventional therapy, LMWH group received LMWH, and the combined group received ulinastatin and LMWH in addition to conventional therapy. The clinical efficacies of four groups were observed. Results The healing duration in ulinastatin group and the LMWH group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The combined group was significantly lower than the other three groups, and the overall outcome was better than that of control group. However, myasthenia and surgery, as well as the number of deaths showed no significant difference among the groups. The average 1, 3, 7 d serum CRP water was significantly lower in the combined group than in the control group. Only 7 days after the treatment of ulinastatin group and LMWH group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with LMWH is more efficient, which can be used as recommended regimen for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.关键词
