Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of stress hyperglycemia on the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with stress hyperglycemia (group A) and 50 patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with normal blood glucose (group B) in our hospital were researched. The neurological deficits cerebral infarction area, prognosis, complications and other indicators were compared between two groups. Results Compared with group B, the neural functional defect score of group A increased significantly (P< 0.05), the cerebral infarction of group A was larger (P < 0. 05), the prognosis of group A was poorer and the fatality rate of group A was higher. Conclusion The stress hyperglycemia is an important factor in patients with cerebral infarction, the blood glucose of patients with cerebral infarction has greater significance on its severity and prognosis.关键词
