复方倍他米松联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎45例体会
Treatment experience of compound betamethasone sodium and hyaluronate for 45 patients with knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the role of intra - articular injection of compound betamethasone sodium and hyaluronate for patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Forty — five patients with joint effusion of knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group (n =30) and control group ( n = 15 ). The treatment group received compound betamethasone sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the control group received sodium hyaluronate. The clinical efficacy, VAS scores and adverse events were observed. Results One week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 3 months after treatment, VAS scores was significantly reduced in the two groups ( P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, VAS score decreased more significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the total effectiveness rate was 96. 8% , significantly higher than that in the control group (70%) (P<0.01). Conclusion For the joint cavity section with fluid, the combined therapy of osteoarthritis has better effect than sole use of sodium hyaluronate.关键词
