Abstract
Objective To analyze the base situation of the consultants to VCT (HIV Voluntary Counseling Testing) section, to know the present situation of HIV- positve people in order to improve the health promotion and control spreading of HIV. Methods Did retrospective analysis of 1 264 VCT consultants of the year 2007 — 2011. Results ① Male consultants were more than female consultants every year, the ratio was 8.23:1; ② 28 HIV —positive conultants in total, occupies 2.23% of all; ③ Most of the consulting types were heterosexual(58. 39%) and homosexual (21.44% ) behaviors; ④ Secondary test and self — awareness of HIV were also parts of consulting types, which occupied 7.52 % and 5. 62 % . Conclusion VCT is a important way to find out and intervene HIV infection, health promotion and behavior intervention should be improved for the consultants.关键词
