人食管癌间充质干细胞对食管癌细胞株Eca-109侵袭性的影响
Effect of human esophageal carcinoma mesenchymal stem cells on the invasiveness of esophageal carcinoma cell line
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the effect of human esophageal carcinoma mesenchymal stem cells(hEC-MSCs) on the invasiveness of esophageal carcinoma cell line. Methods Human e-sophageal carcinoma mesenchymal stem cells and esophageal cancer cell line ECA-109 non-contactly in vitro were co-cultured to detect the effect of human esophageal carcinoma mesenchymal stem cells on the expression of MMP and E-cadherin of esophageal carcinoma cell lines with the technology of RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results Esophageal mesenchymal stem cells can significantly up-regulate the matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9) expression of esophageal carcinoma cell line ECA-109, and can significantly lower the E-cadherin expression of esophageal carcinoma cell line ECA-109. Conclusion Esophageal mesenchymal stem cells may be involved in the regulation the invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma cell.关键词
