云克联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗强直性脊柱炎90例临床观察

Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) treated with salvianolic acids and Yunke. Methods Ninety AS patient were divided into three groups, 30 cases each. Group A received salvianolic acids and Yunke, group B only received Yunke and group C only received salvianolic acids. The clinical effect was observed. Results The pain index, sports index, ESR and CRP in group A after treatment improved obviously than that in group B and C. The overall response rate in group A was obviously higher than that in groups B and group C, and the group B was higher than group C. Conclusion The combination therapy of Yunke and salvianolic acids for AS can improve pain index, joint function, ESR and CRP that might be better than single use.关键词
