摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the comparison of blood cell cytometry results and clinical acceptability. Methods By using Sysmex XE-2100 and Beckman Coulter 5-Diff blood cell analyzers, EDTA-K2 anticoagulant whole blood samples from 40 patients and normal controls with different ranges were tested in accordance with standard operating procedures, and the results were compared. Results All the samples were checked twice and results were drawn scatter plot and bias chart. The good linear relationship between the two blood cell analyzer instruments could be visually found with small deviation and outliers. Both results were met the established quality targets. Conclusion The measurement outcomes of WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT and PLT by two blood cell analyzers in our laboratory were comparable, and the deviations were within the clinically acceptable range.关键词
