摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing experience of radiofrequency ablation in treating atrial fibrillation by guidance of 3 dimensional mapping system. Methods Observation and nursing were applied for 25 atrial fibrillation patients with radiofrequency ablation by guidance of 3 dimensional mapping system. Results All the patients underwent surgeries successfully. 2 patients had complications, and one of them had subcutaneous hemorrhage, the other had vasovagal reaction. Both of them were cured and discharged after timely, accurate and effective nursing measures. Conclusion Proper and effective nursing measures can prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of surgery.关键词
