Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods for viral encephalitis with psychonosema as first symptom. Methods Clinical materials of 29 viral encephalitis patients with psychonosema were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were treated with a series of effective nursing measures such as observation on status of illness, fundamental nursing, symptomatic nursing, dietary nursing, medication nursing and psychological nursing in order to observe the efficacy of treatment and nursing. Results Through positive treatment and careful nursing, 26 patients' psychiatric symptoms were controlled basically, only 3 patients had mild mental disorder. Conclusion A set of scientific, systematic and effective nursing interventions for viral encephalitis patients with psychonosema as first symptom is the important guarantee for well treatment and rehabilitation efficacy.关键词
