胃癌组织中MDM2、Sp1蛋白的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori ( Hp) infection and the expression of MDM2、Spl in the tissue of gastric carcinoma. Methods Gastric cancer specimens were collected from 30 patients diagnosed as gastric cancer, and MDM2、Spl expressions were detected by western - blot method. Giemsa staining method was used for Hp detection. Results A-mong 30 gastric cancer patients, 18 patients had positive result in Hp, and it indicated that Hp infection were able to raise the expression of MDM2 and Spl proteins. Conclusion Hp infection may strengthen MDM2 expression in gastric cancer by regulating the MDM2 gene promoter region and raising Spl expression.关键词
