Abstract
Objective To analyze the imaging findings and value of occupational acute organofluorine poisoning. Methods a retrospective analysis of dynamic manifestations of22 cases of acute organofluorine poisoning imaging was implemented, manifestations of CT and chest X- ray in different degree of poisoning and periods of the performance were compared, and their position and value in diagnosis of irritant gas poisoning were discussed respectively. Results In light and moderate poisoning patients, CT and X — ray examination showed no obvious abnormalities or increasing performance of the two pulmonary veins. In severe patients, result showed obviously abnormality; at the end of latent period in severe patients, chest X — ray showed no abnormality, while CT showed significant abnormalities. Conclusion For irritant gas poisoning, CT is helpful for early diagnosis, timely detection of complications and avoiding of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Dynamic review with bedside chest X ray also can contribute to the understanding of the progression of the disease, curative effect evaluation, especially for the severe patients who are not stable for transportation.关键词
