低渗口服补液盐治疗小儿急性腹泻病临床疗效观察
Application of Hypotonic Oral Rehydration Salt in Diarrhea of Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of hypotonic oral rehydration salt (ORS)in treating the dehydration in children by diarrhea. Methods 180 patients under 3years with diarrhea (from July. 2011 to Nov. 2011) were divided into two groups. Control group were treated with ORSII , treatment group with ORSIII . Results Efficacy in control group was 77. 8% and was 90.0% in treatment group. Total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Stool formation time was (2.58 + 0.65) d in the treatment group and was (4. 3 ±0.55) d in the control group, which have significant difference in the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of hypotonic ORS in treating diarrhea of children is safe and effective it should be promoted in clinic.关键词
