Abstract
Objective To improve management quality of rigid endoscope and equipment in disinfection and supply center of hospital. Methods Professional endoscopic nurses were selected to reengineer the process of surgical cooperation, pollution recycling, cleaning and disinfection, sterilization and packing and storage transmission. 707 cases (before reengineering) and 956 cases (after reengineering) were collected and compared on the aspect of qualified rate. Results There were statistical significances before and after reengineering in comprehensive management quality of rigid endoscope and equipment. Conclusion Through process reengineering, management of the rigid endoscope and equipment implemented by professional endoscopic nurses in operation supply center is achieved, and the use, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of rigid endoscope and equipment are achieved with normalization, specialization and scientization.关键词
