With the continuous development of market economy and its perfection, the traditional project management methods have been difficult to adapt to the requirements of project, Project management gradually has transformed from the task model to management one. This transformation is particularly important for enterprises to improve the level of project management. Project management is related to not only the construction, production and technical issues, but also overall economic benefit, etticiency.
