Abstract
Industry environment on the role ot enterprise development can not be ignored Research on the impact of industry environment on collective turnover is vital for the devlopment of it because collective turnover is one of the many problems faced by enterprises, this paper researches Literature review of collective turnover in perspective of industry environment factors, namely, employment opportunity, salary level, market competition, technological progress and talent demand to improve the theory of collective turnover and provides solutions in de- veloping enterprises.关键词
