上颌骨形态三维测量的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Measurement of 3-dimensional Morphology of Human Maxilla

Abstract
Objective: To establish a convenient and precise method for the measurement of clinical and post-operational 3-dimensional (3-D) morphology of the maxilla. Methods: Data from the maxilla of 30 healthy individuals were collected and aided by spiral CT. 3-D morphologies were reconstructed using SimPlant software, which were marking landmarks, setting 3-D coordinate system, confirming the reproducibility of the landmarks, and measuring these distances between landmarks and the 3-D coordinate system. Results: All these 35 landmarks wrer confirmed to be perfect reproducibility (P>0.05). Mean distances and standard deviations were obtained from normal adults' maxillary landmarks to three-dimensional coordinate system. There were no statistical differences between bilateral symmetry landmarks in three-dimensional distances (P>0.05). Centered landmarks were located in sagittal coordinate plane (P>0.05). After asymmetric ratio formula, Q=(G-K)/G×100% were applied, the Q values of all cases were all less than 10%, which means all bilateral symmetry landmarks were no asymmetric deformities in three-dimensional directions. Conclusion: 3-d measurement of maxillary morphology using spiral CT and SimPlant 11.04 software is reliable. It may be beneficial in the analysis of the malformed maxillae in postop-erative adult patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and/or palate.关键词
