中国人群Ghrelin基因Leu72Met多态性与2型糖尿病关系的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the association between Ghrelin gene Leu72Met polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese people

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of Ghrelin gene Leu72Met polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Chinese population. Methods Relative database were searched to study the association of Ghrelin gene Leu72Met polymorphism with T2DM. Information was extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently and data were analyzed by using RevMan 5.1.1. Results 5 studies were included. Meta-analysis results were as follows: the cases with CC genotypes of Ghrelin gene had protective effect to T2DM [OR=0.74, 95%CI (0.60, 0.93)]; the cases with A allele, AA genotypes of Ghrelin gene had higher risks of T2DM [OR=1.33, 95%CI (1.10, 1.61)], [OR=2.32, 95%CI (1.09, 4.91)]. Conclusion Ghrelin gene C allele, CC genotypes may associate with the protective effect to T2DM while A allele and AA genotypes may relate with the risk of T2DM.关键词
