Abstract
Objective To study the imaging features of lymphangioma located in different areas and to improve the diagnostic value of imaging findings. Methods Imaging features of 58 cases with lymphangioma proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. CT scans were performed in 58 cases, and enhanced CT scans were performed in 39 cases. Results The lesions were located often in the areas such as loose facial spaces (n=42), superficial soft tissues (n=10) and visceral organs (n=6). The CT appearance was unicystic mass (n=23), mul-tilocular cystic mass (n=21), cystic-solid mass (n=5) and cavernous (n=9), uni cystic mass and multilocular cystic mass were the most common. 5 cases of cystic-solid mass appeared in the abdominal spaces, cavernous appeared in the superficial soft tissues, 19 cases with peripheral vascular thickening, 11 cases with enlargement of lymphnodes, 9 cases with hemorrhage, 2 cases with calcification of cyst wall, and 1 case with rupture. Among 39 cases with enhanced scan 5 cases showed mild to moderate enhancement. Conclusion CT imaging diagnosis of lymphangioma locating in different areas is very helpful and useful in clinic.关键词
