Derivative technology in analysis of free fatty acids in biological samples by gas chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Three methods were adopted in the analysis of free fatty acids in biological samples with gas chromatography: alkylation, silicon alkylation and animation. Different derivative reagents were used. Alkyl halide, diazoalkane, pentafluoro-benzyl, H2SO4-CH3OH and BF3-CH3OH mainly contributed to alkylation, while N-methyl-N (trimethylsily) trifluoroacetamide and N-O-bis (trimethylsily) trifluoroacetamide were silicon alkylation reagents, and dimethylamine and deoxo-fluor regents were used for amination.关键词
