Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of double cannulated compression screw combined with closed reduction in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods 107 patients with fresh femoral neck fractures over 60 years old were treated with the double cannulated compression screws combined with closed reduction. Results All the patients were followed up for 39 ～ 94 months. According to Hams score system, 60 cases were excellent, 38 good, 7 fair, and 2 poor. The excellent and good rate was 91.59%. 6 cases with femoral head necrosis occurred, and no nonunion occurred. Conclusions Double cannulated compression screws combined with closed reduction is a simple and effective procedure for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. It has the advantages of little trauma, firm fixation, high rates of fracture healing, early functional exercise, and less complications.关键词
