摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of using proximal femoral locking plate with hollow screw in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 31 femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were treated by locking plate with hollow screw fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 15 ( 13 ± 3. 4 ) months. The hip function was evaluated by the results of Harris's score, and the function was excellent in 27 cases and good in 4. Conclusions Using proximal femoral locking plate with hollow screw in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture provides reliable fixation, satisfactory outcome, simple operation, less blood loss and good recovery.关键词
