摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD ) combined with skin graft in the treatment of ulcerated surfaces of chronic leg ulcers. Methods Effective debridement was conducted in 15 cases of ulcer wounds of chronic leg ulcers. After applying VSD, thin split-thickness graft or thin intermediate thickness free skin graft was made into stamp skin grafts which was used for large patch skin graft and then VSD was applied again. Results Skin grafts for 15 patients survived completely. And there were no recurrence of ulcers and infection in the patients when followed up for 2-3 months. Conclusions VSD combined with skin graft is an effective way for patients with chronic leg ulcers, and less postoperative care is needed.关键词
