摘要
Abstract
Objective To clarify the prognostic factors and the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH). Methods The clinical data of 214 patients with CSDH in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 were collected were analyzed trospectively, aaand the general characteristics, clinical symptoms, CT findings, treatment and prognosis, etc were also analyzed statistically. Results Retrospective analysis was performed for good prognosis group(n = 193) and poor prognosis group (n =22). There were significant differences in gender, age, coagulation function, hematoma position, hematoma size, initial Markwalder' s class, dizziness, double lower limbs weakness between two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that CSDH prognostic factors were gender, age, coagulation function, hematoma position, initial Markwalder' s class and dizziness. Conclusions The causative factors of CSDH are more complex. Proper treatment according to the different symptoms in patients can reduce the recurrent rate of hematoma.关键词
