抗毒蕈碱药物联合阿米替林和中药治疗女性膀胱疼痛综合征

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of antimuscarinic drug combined with amitriptyline and Chinese herbal drugs in treatment of painful bladder syndrome in women. Methods The patients were advised to keep a micturition diary and to take antimuscarinic drug orally, amitriptyline and Chinese herbal drugs for 1 month. Urination frequency in 24 hours, nocturia frequency, each urinary output, the score of pain in bladder area and the score of life quality were observed. Curative effect evaluation was performed on 1st, 2nd and 4th week after treatment. Results The differences of observed indexes before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.01), the differences in the 1st, 2nd and 4th week after treatment were also statistically significant (P <0.05), and the differences in the 1st and 2nd week after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). The 31 patients were cured after 1 month of treatment, 11 patients with mild urinary frequency, 7 patients with mild bladder regional distension and 5 patients with mild urethral orifice pain. But the pains were tolerable. Conclusion Antimuscarinic drug combined with amitriptyline and Chinese herbal drugs may improve the symptoms and quality of life of the patients with painful bladder syndrome.关键词
