摘要

Abstract

Hydrothermal process on spinning workshop in Shanghai in summer was discussed. According to outdoor dry bulb temperature of 2011 summer in Shanghai area,outdoor meteorology area was divided,different adjustments case were adopted according to each area temperature & humidity and energy-saving demands. Outdoor air enthalpy hW and processing exhaust enthalpy hW1 were contrasted. The result shows when hW is larger or equal hN1, indirect evaporative fooling was adopted in spinning workshop, days of using indirect evaporative cooling is only 70% of summer, comparing to traditional air condition,cooling capacity can be saved 10% to 20% . It is considered that better energy-saving effect can be realized according to actual situation of spinning workshop.
