摘要
Abstract
Key points of wide Tencel superfine high density warp satin were discussed. According to problems in production such as shed clinging, weft shrinkage, size instruction was optimized in sizing process, processing parameter was selected rationally. In weaving process, weft-inserting processing was selected rationally, such as adjusting back beam and warp stop height, adopting earlier shed, selecting air pressure rationally. Finally Tencel 7. 3/7. 3 827/768 270 superfine high density warp satin was produced successfully, loom efficiency can be reached 90. 1% ,production first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 93% , the first grade percentage put in storage can be reached 98. 8% ,the production quality demands can be reached.关键词
