摘要
Abstract
A technique, which makes texture for single crystal silicon solar cell and a formation principle of pyramid structure are introduced in the paper. Completing the experiments under different conditions such as the concentrations of NaOH alkaline solution and isopropyl alcohol, the reaction time and temperature in texturization process and the silicate sodium content, some solar cells with different pyramidal texture are made. After observation of the sample surface morphology under scanning electron microscope, the formation factors which influence pyramid—like texture morphology are found out, the best technological parameters are as below: NaOH concentration is 15 g/1, isopropyl alcohol content is from 3% vol to 10% vol,reaction time is 30 min, reaction temperature is 85 ℃ , Na2SiO3·9H2O content is 5% WT,the average reflectance in suede of samples is 9.1%.关键词
