Abstract
Antireflective coatings are integrated on the front glass surface of silicon-based thin film solar cells to reduce the reflection of sunlight and thus increase the conversion efficiency of solar cells; however, the heat curing process of antireflective coatings exerts influence on the performance of solar cells with antireflective coatings, which makes it difficult to distinguish the effects of the antireflection from those of heat curing process. In this paper, a simple and effective evaluation method was designed to test quantum efficiency and I-U performance of solar cells, by stacking up solar cells to the uncoated glass and coated glass respectively. This method is able to decouple the effects of antireflective coating from those of heat curing process, and could be helpful in design antireflective coating films and processes for solar cell applications.关键词
