国际海洋可再生能源研究进展及对我国的启示
Research progress of international marine renewable energy and the implications for China
摘要
Abstract
This paper had hackled and analyzed the main content of a series of important development plans on marine renewable energy that the major international countries or regions had issued in recent years. And the development goals and roadmaps of the marine renewable energy in the future had introduced. Some suggestions for research and development of marine renewable energy in China: track the latest trends of development and research in the major countries closely; assess the potential of marine renewable energy of China, enact and promulgate a national development strategy for marine renewable energy; establish close cooperation among research institutions, enterprises and government, make the ocean renewable energy can truly serve the social and economic development; attach importance to the development of qualified personnel, to establish a R & D team for marine renewable energy suitable for our national condition.关键词
