Discussion on low-carbon economy in the Liaoning coastal economic belt based on technology innovation
摘要
Abstract
The Liaoning coastal economic belt is undertaking the responsibility of the industrial structure readjustment and layout, so it is significant to develop the low carbon economic and it is also difficult. The article thinks that the lack of low carbon technology, which is the only controllable factor, restricts the low-carbon development in the Liaoning coastal economic belt at present. Therefore it can overcome this obstacle through the R&D of the low carbon technology. The paper puts forward several suggestions including actively establishing the low carbon technology innovation system, setting up the low carbon technology R&D centers, strengthening international technology cooperation and creating the carbon trading platform.关键词
