摘要

Abstract

As an important construction tool, building template is used to ensure the flatness of the concrete wall. Because of the larger area and thickness wall of building template, it is easy to warp deformation, which unable to meet modern architectural requirements. Combination of engineering experience and CAE, the gating system and cooling system were established. Based on orthogonal experiment method, the key process parameters were optimized and the best process parameters were obtained. Through testing on the spot the results show that the warpage of the template is controlled and meets the requirements of industry standards.
