摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the numerical simulation of spinning process of 20/316L composite pipe was carried out based on the finite element software ABAQUS6. 9. The spinning forming process was divided into three stages--the initial stage, stable spinning stage and screw out spinning die stage, the axial, radial and hoop stress distributions in the forming zone during the stable spinning stage were analyzed. The reasons of transverse and longitudinal crack on the liner tube and die wear were found. The PEEQ, the distribution of torque of the transmission shaft and the residual contact pressure between the inner and outer pipe were discussed. The results are significant for the optimizing of the spinning process parameters.
