朱砂根内源激素高效液相色谱法的测定
Studies on HPLC Method for the Endogenous Hormones of Ardisia crenata

Abstract
A proper operation condition of the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the quantitative analysis of GA3 and IAA in Ardisia crenata was established using A. Crenata of different provenances and at different germination periods as plant material. The results showed that under the conditions of Phenomenex Luna C18 reverse phase column (5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm), methanol and water (with 0.6% CH3COOH) at the rate of 45/55 (v/v) as the mobile phase, isocratic elution at the flow rate 1.0 mL/min, column temperature at 25℃ , and UV wavelength at 254 nm, the separation of GA3 and IAA was ideal and the linear relationship was good. The recovery rate was 89.5% and 87.3%, respectively. Besides, the whole process was simple and easy to operate. Furthermore, GA3 and IAA contents of the wild seedlings were higher than those of the cultivated ones.关键词
