Abstract

The research aimed to study the effects of different cultivation modes on the vine growth, fruit number per hactare gross sugar, mogroside V, Vitamin C of fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii. The experiment was conducted on planting modes of pergola trellis and vertical trellis in greenhouse and open field, then the above indices were determined. The results showed that the fruit number per hactare, big fruit rate, ratio of fruit with insect and fruit with cracking in the modes of vertical trellis were similar to those of pergola trellis in greenhouse, but greenhouse cultivation was 26.1% and 10.1% higher of the fruit number per hactare, 36.4% and 29.6% higher of the big fruit rate, 77.9% and 75.7% lower ratio of fruit with insect and fruit with cracking than those of open cultivation with pergola trellis and vertical trellis, respectively. The analyses on the nutrient component showed that greenhouse cultivation with vertical trellis had a higher comprehensive nutrient content, and greenhouse cultivation with pergola trellis had higher mogroside V and Vitamin C of fruits while the component of sugar was declined obviously, which meant greenhouse cultivation with vertical trellis was better to increase the output and quality of the Siraitia grosvenorii.
