Abstract
Experimental studies on removal effect of lead in water using zeolite modified by NaCl were conducted. The performances of static equilibrium adsorption for zeolites with and without modification were compared. The factom affecting lead removal such as adsorptive time, pH, competitive ions and organics were studied. The results showed that the lead adsorption by NaCl modified zeolite was fast and effective; by means of modification of zeolite, the equilibrium adsorption increased from 28.57 to 32.26 mg/g. The pH value influence greatly on the lead removal using NaCl modified zeolite; the best removal efficiency was reached when pH was 6 ~7. The existences of competitive ions and organics would reduce the lead removal in some way; the lead removal decreased with the increasing of the existences of interfering materials significantly; however when the concentrations of inferring materials and lead in water were almost the same, the NaCl modified zeolite may keep high removal eciency of lead.关键词
