摘要

Abstract

As a novel high rate sewage treatment technology, the membrane bioreactor (MBR) is now concerned widely. At the same time, the advanced oxidation process is very popular due to its advantages such as no secondary pollution and easy controllability during the sewage treatment, which may improve treatment capacity and reduce costs by combining with other process. In this paper, the method of MBR is introduced from the respects of definition, classification, advantages and development trends. Furthermore, the advanced oxidation technology and reclaimed water as well as the application of advanced oxidation technology for MBR are introduced. Examples are taken to illustrate the role of combination of the two processes played in reclaimed water treatment.
