Progress on Phosphorus Recovery from Wastewater by Struvite Crystallization
摘要
Abstract
Struvite crystallization is a technology to recover both phosphorus and nitrogen from wastewater. In this paper, the growth mechanisms, the factors affecting the granule formation and growth of struvite crystallization are summarized. And the comparison of advantages and disadvantages for different reactors forming struvite are stressed. Moreover, this paper summarizes the researches about adopting struvite crystallization to treat wastewater and assesses its economic benefits. Finally, the future development of struvite crystallization is prospected and the necessities to study struvite crystallization in China are suggested.关键词
