Abstract
The forest provides the important support and guarantee for China's economic construction. However,because the ecological benefits of forests have obvious external characteristics," free riding" is widespread,and the ecological effects of forest do not recieve a due compensation. In recent years, with the continuous emphasis on the ecological environment improvement, forest ecological compensation has been fixed in the form of law. However,because it is limited to China's level of economic development and ecological compensation just starts, and the forest coo-compensation standard is defective. In this paper, analysis is made of forest eco-compensation, and its status quo and low compensation standards, or lack of standard of its compensation, aiming to provide suggestions for the forest eeo-compensation standard optimization and reference for the establishment China's ecological compensation.关键词
