Abstract
Objective: To explore clinical effect of Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Tang for prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after total hip replacement arthroplasty (THA). Methods; 104 cases of THA patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups. Group A (ro = 68) was treated with elastic bandage and vein pump after surgery, Croup B (n = 70) was treated with low molecular weight heparin at 12 hours before and after surgery, and Group C (n = 70) was treated with Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Tang. The treatment course was 7 days, and the incidence of complications and change of coagulation function were observed and compared. Results; There was no central DVT, Pulmonary embolism, myenteric plexus vein thrombosis and hematoncus after THA in Group C. The flow velocity of femoral vein was faster, and volume of drainage after operation was less in Group C than those in Group A and B ( P<0.05 ). After 7 days treatment, the indicators of coagulation function in Group C was significantly improved, and there was significantly difference on those indicators between Group A and Group B ( P<0. 05). Conclusions: Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Tang combined with low molecular weight heparin for THA patients can contribute to improve coagulation function and prevent the occurrence of DVT.关键词
